Campsite Rules
We want everyone who visits us to have the best stay that they can and enjoy the great outdoors. We've got some basic rules put in place to ensure that we can provide the best experience possible.

Check-in times are between 12:00pm and 8:00pm.

Poor behaviour will result in being evicted from site no refunds will be given We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person or groups at any time during the stay whose behaviour is unacceptable.

Please drive in a low gear whilst driving on site, max speed 5mph, in wet conditions please drive in a manner to prevent wheel spinning, driving in a dangerous manner will lead to eviction from site. If returning to site between 10.00 pm and 8.00am vehicles will need to be left in carpark.

Under no circumstances is any vehicle to be driven on grass within the camping field.

Segways and electric scooters are prohibited from use within the site.

No arrivals pre 12pm please. This allows for the pitch to be vacated and please vacate pitch before 11.00am on day of departure (especially important in high season). No pitching of tents or caravans after 10.00pm or before 8.00am.

This is a quiet campsite, please respect fellow campers and our neighbours no loud music and please keep all noise to a low level between 10.00pm and 8.00am. Anyone found damaging or defacing facilities or property will be evicted from site and prosecuted.

We welcome well behaved dogs, we have free range chickens wandering the field so please keep dogs on leads at all times. Please clean up after your dogs and dispose of in general waste.

This is a farm campsite please be aware that we have some uneven ground and there may be farm machinery in the vicinity and do not let children enter any farm buildings and sheds.

We allow BBQ's but these must be placed on the slabs provided.

No fireworks or Chinese lanterns allowed.

The flying of drones is prohibited on site. Unless with prior arrangement and permission.

Everything you need for a camp fire can be purchased from us. We reserve the right to ban the use of fire pits etc if the ground is extremely dry, or other inclement weather prevails. No Foraging for wood.

We will not be held responsible for any personal injury sustained whilst you are camping or using our fire pits.

Children are welcomed to our site but they must be supervised, there are large open spaces that can used for ball games etc. Please ensure you know where your children are at all times.

Breathable ground sheets are required for tents and awnings, units may be required to be shifted on longer stays to save excessive pitch damage.

All vehicles and camping equipment on site are there at your own risk and we won't be held responsible for any damage to any property on site.
